Thomas E. Kiral
President, S&T Insurance Group, LLC

Tom joined S&T Bank in June 2001 as executive vice president with the
responsibility of overseeing all bank related insurance activities.
In August 2002, as president of S&T Insurance Group, LLC, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of the Bank, Tom was instrumental with the acquisition of Evergreen
Insurance Associates. In addition, he facilitated the acquisition of two
additional agencies into the Evergreen platform and he continues to be
responsible for growing all insurance-related activities. In 2005, Evergreen
Insurance and S&T Bank were recognized nationally by the American Bankers
Insurance Association as one of two leading banks in insurance.
Tom attended IUP and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is active in
many community organizations. Tom is a member of the Leaders Circle Steering
Committee and serves on the boards of the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce,
having served as chairperson in 2009 and 2010, the Indiana County Center for
Economic Operation, the Indiana County Development Corporation, and the Indiana
County United Way, serving as chairperson for the 1999 United Way Campaign.
Recently, he was recognized for his support of the Jr. Achievement Program. Tom
was also recognized as one of eight Indiana County business leaders that were
named to Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top 100 People of 2010.
He resides in Indiana with his wife, Lisa, and their two daughters.
Joseph R. Imler, ARM

In 1980, Joe co-founded Evergreen Insurance Associates. The Agency was developed to
offer insurance coverages and risk management services to the mining, oil and
gas industries.
Today not only is S&T-Evergreen viewed as an insurance specialists in the energy-related business, but under Joe’s management, has developed into a full service
agency to all types of business as well as providing personal insurance needs to
families.
As president of S&T-Evergreen, Joe demonstrates the ability to assume a broad
range of responsibilities in order to achieve a maximum level of organizational
success.
Joe attended Duquesne University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. He
completed the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 1996. Joe is a
member of the Insurance Agents & Brokers, Pennsylvania Coal Association,
Americans for Balance Energy Choices and the St. Benedicts Church. He was also a
former board member of Excela Health System.
Joe resides in Greensburg with his wife and their two children.
Caroline G. Raneri, AAI, AU, CIC, CISR
Senior Vice President and Managing Director

Caroline joined S&T-Evergreen in September 2002 as a vice president and director
of special programs. She was promoted to senior vice president and managing
director in March 2003. As senior vice president, Caroline’s responsibilities to
the Agency and S&T Bank include the integration of insurance products and
services within the S&T Bank marketing territory to enhance customer
relationships, agency operations, strategic planning, insurance compliance,
analyzing possible acquisition candidates, conversion planning for the
successful acquisition partners, logistics for insurance offices, oversight of
The Agency Management system and the Bank’s property and casualty insurance
program.
Caroline has over 27 years experience in the insurance industry. Her most recent
position being with CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services as vice president,
western PA regional manager.
Caroline earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1998, Associate
Advisor in Insurance (AAI) in 1997, Associate in Underwriting (AU) in 1997, and
the Customer Insurance Services Representative (CISR) in 1995. She is currently
working toward the Charter Property Casualty Underwriter Designation (CPCU).
Caroline resides in Johnstown with her husband and their two children.
